If we want peaceful bodies we have to manage them so they remain healthy and happy. There are a few Golden Rules that need to be obeyed. We have FOUR BODIES TO MANAGE – Physical, Etheric (memory body) Mental and Emotional:
The largest of all is the EMOTIONAL BODY – it extends and interpenetrates from our physical bodies for approximately 3 feet in all directions. Inside of this emotional body is the MENTAL BODY also interpenetrating and extending from our physical bodies to about 2 feet around out physical bodies. These two bodies are the most difficult for humans to control, but it is ESSENTIAL that we do become Masters over these bodies that have controlled us for eons of lifetimes!
1 TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, WORDS AND ACTIONS, AND IF THEY ARE NOT BRINGING HAPPINESS TO OTHERS – STOP THEM INSTANTLY!
2 NEVER GOSSIP, CRITICIZE OR JUDGE ANOTHER – WE ARE NOT IN THEIR ‘SHOES’ TO MAKE A SINGLE COMMENT AND EVERY ONE OF US HAS THOUGHT, SAID AND DONE IMPERFECT THINGS – SO WHO ARE WE TO CONDEMN ANOTHER? GOSSIP CAN BE DEFINED AS ANYTHING THAT IS IMPERFECT!
3 ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST TO SEE THE POSITIVE IN OTHERS – THERE IS NOT ONE GOOD REASON TO DO ANYTHING LESS, AS IT JUST ADDS TO THE SHADOWS OF OUR PLANET.
IF EVERYONE ON EARTH OBEYED THESE RULES WE WOULD INSTANTLY BRING PEACE AND HAPPINESS TO ALL LIFE!
“If you propose to speak always ask yourself, is it true, is it necessary, is it kind.”
― Gautama Buddha
The GOLDEN RULE expressed in every land and faith, will transcend all divisions and make the world a better place.
Brahmanism: “This is the sum of duty: Do naught unto others which would cause you pain if done to you.” ~ Mahabharata 5:1517
Buddhism: Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful. ~ Udana Varga 5:18
Judaism: “What is hateful to you, do not to your fellowmen. That is the entire Law; all the rest is commentary.” ~ Talmud, Shabbat 31:a
Christianity: “All things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them.” ~ Matthew 7:12
Islam: “No one of you is a believer until he desires for his brother that which he desires for himself.” ~ Sunnah
Native Wisdom: “This we know. The earth does not belong to man; man belongs to the earth. Man did not weave the web of life; he is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself.” ~ Chief Seattle
Confucianism: “Surely it is the maxim of loving-kindness: Do not unto others that you would not have them do unto you.” ~ Analects 15:23
Taoism: “Regard your neighbor’s gain as your own gain, and your neighbor’s loss as your own loss.” ~ T’ai Shag Kan Ying P’ien
Zoroastrianism: “That nature alone is good which refrains from doing unto another whatsoever is not good: for itself.” ~ Dadistan-i-dinik 94:5
TRY NOT TO DWELL ON THE PAST, ESPECIALLY IF IT IS UNPLEASANT – LIVING IN THE PAST IS MOSTLY A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!
RUTHLESSLY CUT OUT THE FOLLOWING:
Drugs (including Maruhana) – anything that is mind altering has long term negative side effects
Flesh (meat, chicken & fish) all register FEAR when being killed – and this enters our bodies
Excess sugar & strong coffee (both are addictive)
Garlic & Onion – it makes the body smell unpleasant and the law ‘like attracts like’ brings negative energies into our auric field. Garlic is toxic and makes a good insecticide.
